The SH15 series amorphous alloy fully sealed transformer is a groundbreaking technology of the century. With an iron base and amorphous alloy core, it boasts high saturation magnetic induction density, low load losses (equivalent to 1/3-1/5 of silicon wafers), low corrective force, low excitation current, and thermal stability. Compared to the S9 series with silicon wafers, the amorphous alloy core transformer has 70-80% less no-load losses and a 20% reduction in no-load current.
Amorphous alloy is a new energy-saving material produced through a rapid and instantaneous solidification process. Metal atoms are arranged in a disordered amorphous state, and silicon steel has a completely different crystal structure, making it easily magnetized. If this alloy is used in an oil-filled transformer, the escape of harmful substances such as CO2, SO2, and NOx is reduced.
