The SC (B) series epoxy resin die-cast transformer is manufactured under vacuum with automatic thin insulation tapes. The core is made of high-permeability grain-oriented silicon steel sheet and filled with imported epoxy resin. Thanks to advanced technology, high-quality raw materials, scientific management, and excellent inspection, our products have the following characteristics:
The coil is reinforced with glass fiber and cast under vacuum with a filler epoxy resin. This results in good mechanical properties, crack-free and bubble-free internal movement, low localized leakage, high reliability, and a long service life.
High and low voltage systems therefore do not absorb moisture under vacuum, the clamps undergo a corrosion-resistant treatment and can operate in high temperatures or other harsh environments.
It is flame retardant, explosion-proof, and produces no environmental pollution. The resin does not produce toxic or harmful gases under high temperatures.
The gas channel is embedded within to increase radiation, power, and overload capacity.
It features low no-load loss and low noise. The core, embedded with 45-degree full miter step-type lamination, improves magnetic flux distribution at the effective core corners and significantly reduces no-load loss and nose level.
It is resistant to short circuits and lightning strikes.
